Rain City Estate Sales was born from our shared passion for helping Seattle-area homeowners navigate the often-challenging process of downsizing by offering a completely turnkey solution. While Rain City Estate Sales was born in 2024, we have been involved in Seattle estate sales and Senior downsizing moves for over 20 years.

Aaron Janus

Principal

With two decades of real estate experience, Aaron has assisted numerous clients in successfully selling their homes and downsizing. Additionally, he has hands-on expertise working in the estate sale industry since 2023. Moreover, as an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), he has the education and experience to help guide clients through what is typically an emotionally taxing process.

Estate Sale Manager

Harnessing her background in interior design and professional organizing expertise, Diane brings a keen eye for detail and a focus on creating a visually appealing and organized estate sale.

Robyn Deter

Marketing Coordinator

With a great eye for design, a quick wit, and a robust vocabulary, Robyn crafts compelling visuals and stories for the Rain City Estate Sales online auctions and social media campaigns.

Brett Godfrey

Marketing Manager

An avid online auction participant and hunter of vintage treasures, Brett brings his wealth of marketing experience to help Rain City Estate Sales grow and prosper.

Director of Operations

The overseer and facilitator of many, many things, Jamie brings her knack for productivity and efficiency to the systems that enable successful sales for our Rain City Estate Sales clients.
