Rain City Estate Sales was born from our shared passion for helping Seattle-area homeowners navigate the often-challenging process of downsizing by offering a completely turnkey solution. While Rain City Estate Sales is new, we have been involved in Seattle estate sales and Senior downsizing moves for 20 years.

Diane Davi, with her background in interior design and professional organizing, brings a keen eye for detail and a focus on creating a visually appealing and organized estate sale. Aaron Janus, with two decades of real estate experience, has assisted numerous clients in successfully selling their homes and downsizing. Additionally, for the last year and a half he has worked closely with another estate sale company where he gained a wealth of knowledge about navigating the process and serving clients at the highest level. Moreover, as an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), he has the education and experience to help guide clients through what is typically an emotionally taxing process.
